Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Vinapply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vinapply is an AI-powered job-search automation platform that helps users discover job opportunities, tailor application materials, and manage the job-application process. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Vinapply, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@vinapply.com.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job applications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service on behalf of others without their consent

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, trademarks, and technology in the Service are owned by or licensed to Vinapply. You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as your resume) but grant Vinapply a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Vinapply does not guarantee employment outcomes. The Service is a tool to assist your job search — it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific result. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinapply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Users accessing the Service from the UAE agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. Where applicable, we comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL). Users outside the UAE may also have rights under their local consumer protection or data laws.
